This year they also had to do our windows in the apartment downstairs…crawling under our raised deck to do so…with a nice smile on their faces. How pleasant it is to work with you guys. They were spectacular, and I have already recommended Dr. Glass to family members. I did not realize they had replaced the screens already, because they were so clean! This was due to the team leader – I believe his name is Nelson. He was outstanding and not satisfied until everything was perfect.
