The windows in this house had not been cleaned well in at least 15 years. I thought many would need to be replaced. Alan came from Dr. Glass and spent all day and part of the next turning them into brand new windows. They all had to be scraped. The difference was beyond amazing! Now I know that I only need to replace 2 out of more than 2 dozen that we have in the house.  I never saw windows sparkle the way they did when he finished! He took such pride in the job (well deserved!!!) He could not have possibly done any better job. It was truly amazing, the difference between the start and finished job. Great company. Responsive from first contact to follow-up phone call to see if I was satisfied with the job. And I certainly was.   My husband and I had washed the inside and outside of the first-floor windows and the inside of the second-floor windows--but neither of us wanted to go up on a ladder. In stepped Alan from Dr. Glass, and our windows are all clean for the first time in about 10 years.
